Mr Biryani is a food catering service and restaurant located in the heart of Kuala lumpur, which serves authentic biryani catered towards local Malaysian tastes. Chef Zia Rehman has specially adapted the style of biryani to local Malaysian culinary history, ingredients and taste buds, and offers his signature Moghul Biryani for catering meals to homes, offices and events.

Biryani is a popular mixed rice dish, that has its origins among the Muslims in the Indian subcontinent, and is made with spices, rice and meat or vegetables. For Mr Biryani catering, the biryani is served in a large sharing dish for a group of 5 persons, to encourage friends, families and colleagues to spend some time together sharing their food. For Chef Zia Rehman, cooking biryani is about bringing people together to enjoy food and eat together, like he had experienced when he was younger. This communal experience of bonding over sharing food together is essential to the Mr Biryani brand concept.
